STUDY WITH THE RABBI! From The Shoah To The Rebirth Of Israel - 10:30 - 11:30 pm - Join Rabbi Altshuler as we study the brutal years of the Shoah from 1941-45, the death camps to the Shoah in each European nation.  Then we will explore the birth of Zionism, the Jewish national renaissance that led to the creation of our Jewish state, Israel.  From 1948 we will discuss the most important events, wars and accomplishments, from 1948 to the present day 7 war front for its very existence today.

Conversational Hebrew with Cheryl Cohen - 10:00 - 11:30 am - Are you looking to advance your Hebrew knowledge? Do you wish you could carry on full conversations? Cheryl Cohen offers her vast knowledge of conversational Hebrew to students at no cost during her weekly Friday class at Temple Beth Sholom.
