Temple Beth Sholom's Executive Catering Coordinator, Susan McCann, works hard to cater the majority of events and programs at TBS including Kiddishes, Onegs, and Shabbat Dinners. As such, most of our catering is done in-house!

Kosher Keeping

Temple Beth Sholom is the only synagogue in the Sarasota area with a full Kosher kitchen.

Kitchen Krewe

The Temple Beth Sholom Kitchen Krewe is a volunteer cadre of Temple congregants that offer a variety of lovingly  prepared menus, coordinated by Susan McCann. We provide food for the body and soul and promote friendships and a  sense of community, all while strengthening the foundation of our shul. We cater small and large events at our Temple at  reasonable prices. We can also facilitate arrangements for approved outside kosher caterers.

Kiddish is held weekly after Saturday morning services and can be sponsored or unsponsored. If you choose to sponsor a Kiddish, it can be celebratory, in memory of or in honor of someone special, or just because! For a modest price, you can work with Susan to create a menu that is to your liking. We'll work to make your day special.

Join us for Oneg after Friday night Shabbat service. You'll have a light nosh and mingle while celebrating the joys of Shabbat.

If you need additional information or if you are interested in sponsoring a Kiddish or Oneg, please contact Kelly Nester at (941) 955-8121 or knester@templebethsholomfl.org.
